 Can I pay by credit / debit card?  Of course! Our website features a variety of different options for transactions. All secure and tested.

 Can you source products not currently  shown on our  website?  If you cannot find something simply get in contact - we will always help find you the best product for you - and if we aren't supplied your  product we can always offer perfect alternatives.
 What is the cut off time for same day  dispatch?  Our same day dispatch cut off is 2PM.
 Am I covered for loss or breakages during  delivery?  Of course! Usually we do not have any issues however.
 Is there a returns charge?  On some products that are special or made to order products are non-refundable.
 What is it minimum order amount for free  carriage?  £25 pounds total order value - not counting original carraige costs.

 Is there a warranty on all purchases?  minimum of 12 months, some manufacturers offer extended warranties.
